The McElroy Memo

In one of the latest posts of “Bring the Donuts Newsletter” by Ken Norton, he reviews the original McElroy memo as a precursor to modern product management. Ken’s analysis is fairly complete. I recommend you check that out.

What struck me was how transformative this memo must have been so many years ago. A lot of the practices that I take for granted today must have been foreign in 1931.
